纹带棒状杆菌是一种机会致病菌, 近年来该菌引起的临床感染病例逐年增加, 且呈现多重耐药趋势, 感染后如不及时治疗可导致死亡。本文根据最新研究进展对其病原学特点、致病机制、流行病学特征、实验室检测、耐药现状及耐药机制、感染的治疗与预防进行综述。

Abstract:

Corynebacterium striatum is an opportunistic pathogen, clinical infection caused by which increases gradually in recent years. It shows the trend of multiple drug resistance, and may lead to death if not treated in time. According to the latest research progress, this article reviews its pathogenic characteristics, pathogenesis, epidemiological characteristics, laboratory tests, status and mechanisms of drug resistance, as well as treatment and prevention of infection.
