    摘要:

    脓毒症是由感染引发的机体反应失控导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。钙卫蛋白(S100A8/A9), 又称髓相关蛋白MRP8/14, 是在炎症调节中发挥关键作用的警报素, 在脓毒症发生发展过程中, 发挥抗微生物、调节炎症和免疫、参与细胞间信号传递以及抗增殖等作用, 其有成为新型诊断标志物和治疗干预靶点的巨大潜力。本文对S100A8/A9的分布、结构、生物学功能进行归纳概括, 探讨其在脓毒症发生、发展过程中的机制, 并对未来研究设计的优化和应用革新进行展望。

    Abstract:

    Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by uncontrolled body reactions due to infection. Calprotectin (S100A8/A9), also known as myeloid-related protein MRP8/14, is an alarm element that plays a key role in the regulation of inflammation. In the process of occurrence and development of sepsis, it plays the role of anti-microorganism, regulating inflammation and immunity, as well as participating in intercellular signal transmission and anti-proliferation, thus has great potential to become a new diagnostic marker and therapeutic intervention target. In this paper, the distribution, structure, and biological functions of calprotectin S100A8/A9 are summarized, the mechanism of calprotectin S100A8/A9 in the occurrence and development of sepsis is discussed, and optimization and innovative application of research design in the future are prospected.
